• Client portal information: if you are invited to a client account, your login details and the project information exchanged there.
• Technical information: basic data our hosting and infrastructure providers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, used for security and reliability.

Please do not send passwords, credentials, health information, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule conversations.
• Review assessments and prepare proposals or recommendations.
• Provide and support services under a client agreement.

AI assisted features

Our service recommendation tool sends the description you enter to an AI service provider to generate a suggested starting point. Do not include confidential or personal details in that description. The result is informational and is reviewed by people before any engagement.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking. Essential storage may be used to keep you signed in to the client portal. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide any required choices first.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We share information only:

• With service providers who host the website, store data, deliver email, or process AI requests on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• With independent specialists engaged on your project, only as needed for that work.
• When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for an active business relationship, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including Colorado under the Colorado Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it.
• Correct inaccuracies.
• Delete your personal data.
• Obtain a portable copy of your data.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond in writing within the time required by law. Colorado residents who disagree with our appeal decision may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

Children
